Aquamaison . has been building floating homes and concrete barges at the same location in Sausalito for the last 30 years and is the premier company in its field. Many of the Aquamaison . floating homes have been featured in Architectural Digest, Home Beautiful and other publications.
Over 60 complete floating homes have been built by Aquamaison ., ranging from a modest single story one-bedroom, one-bath unit to a three-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath unit with hand-rubbed exposed beams, Italian marble, radiant heat, hardwood floors and etched glass.
Aquamaison . can supply a floating home at any stage of construction, from the concrete barge only to a complete unit with champagne in the refrigerator.
Barge sizes range from 12' x 20' to 112' x 26'. Two barges (80' x 32') have been built for restaurants in the Sacramento Delta - the "Catfish Cafe" and the Crawdad Cafe."
