Over the next four decades, Dion’s Yacht Yard was transformed into a first-class restoration, maintenance and repair facility. In 1981, George Patten, a local boat builder and designer, established Patten’s Yacht Yard in Eliot, ME. Patten’s reputation for custom boatbuilding, restoration, and finishing that was recognized throughout the Northeast.
