About Us
ELECTRIC: per KW plus a $6.00 hook up charge per month
Rent is due by the 10th of each month
No Dock boxes are allowed on the dock since flooding can happen from time to time. No subletting or live aboards allowed. Due to shoaling, our entrance can be very low at low tide. Larger boats will need to boat with the tide. We recommend consulting the Kingsland tide chart
Water & electric are available on the dock; however, the water will be turned off during the winter months. During a flood situation, you are responsible for your boat. Our website will post a flood warning, www.boatsva.com. You will be contacted if removal of your boat is necessary.
After September 1, 2016 Monthly slip rent will go to $$160.00 per month
Kingsland Reach Marina can not accommodate: Wooden boats, Sail boats or Live-a-boards
