Left - The Elzey-Sintes 48. Howard and Billie Chappelear chose Dennis Elzey in Cambridge, MD to build Billie Anita, their 48-foot jade green Bay-Style cruiser. The yacht was launched in June after two years of design work and construction. She measures 52 feet LOA with a 15-foot 11-inch beam, and draws about three and a half feet.
