Blue Dolphin Dive Center established in 1976 by Bob Outlaw as the 1st PADI 5-Star IDC Center in NC...Since then it has grown to become a PADI store and SDI,TDI,ERDI Training Center with a Dive Facility in Thomasville called: Blue Stone Dive Resort which is used by All of the Local Dive Stores for Training.
