About Us

Blazer Commercial Boat Manufacturing was launched in October of 1997 by Phil and Calvin Moss. Our boating experience goes all the way back to when Phil, his dad Ira, and granddad Tom, were fishing guides on Current River in the early 50’s. Phil was also a tour guide using the 24’X36” wooden Jon boats at Big Springs State Park in Van Buren, Missouri for several years. Calvin, who is in charge of the actual manufacturing, has been on river and lake boats since a toddler.
