Effectively schedule and document maintenance tasks to avoid costly unplanned downtime. Seahub consolidates other onboard platforms including spreadsheets, paper based records, address books and unorganised folders, into a single digital platform where effective collaboration between crew members, owners, management companies and boat builders can exist. Seahub can be accessed form any mobile device from anywhere in the world. A core service during the implementation of Seahub onboard, is building an organised and structured, preventative maintenance plan. Our mobile installation team can attend a vessel, regardless of its location, and integrate Seahub into the vessel’s daily operations. Manufacturer OEM manuals, along with boat builder specific recommendations are used to extract the periodic maintenance tasks, specific to each vessel. An equipment, inventory and contact database is developed and provides instant relevant information to the user when required. Seahub’s dynamic user interface notifies users of tasks that are due, overdue and also creates a digital maintenance history for the vessel. The installation team can backdate maintenance history as far back as the vessel was built. Seahub allows you to share, store and access critical information with the click of a mouse. Documents including manuals, drawings, invoices, contractor reports, insurance polices and more can all be uploaded to your account.
